Quick and Easy Banana Pancakes Recipe

 


Ingredients:

  • 2 ripe bananas

  • 2 eggs

  • 1 cup of flour

  • 1 tablespoon of sugar

  • 1 teaspoon of baking powder

  • A pinch of salt

  • 1/2 cup of milk

  • 2 tablespoons of melted butter or vegetable oil

  • Honey or maple syrup (optional for serving)


Instructions:

  1. In a large bowl, mash the ripe bananas until smooth.

  2. Add the eggs, milk, and melted butter or vegetable oil. Mix well until combined.

  3. In another bowl, sift together the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.

  4. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the banana mixture, stirring until just combined.

  5. Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and lightly grease it with oil or butter.

  6. Pour 1/4 cup of batter onto the pan for each pancake. Cook until bubbles form on the surface, then flip and cook until golden brown on both sides.

  7. Serve warm with honey or maple syrup if desired.
